We have a three year strategy created collaboratively with staff, feedback from parents and Governors.  This provides us with the overview of our plans over a long term period. 

Each year, an extensive self-evaluation takes place to enable the strategic priorities to be broken down into an annual focus.  Activities include:-

• Evaluation of last years development plan and progress against outcomes
• Evaluation of progress against the three year strategic intentions
• Data outcomes for all children
• Feedback from parents
• Feedback from staff
• Review against current Ofsted criteria
• Governor self evaluation
• Current/forthcoming national agenda and context
